We offer mobile car wash services at your home or office. Service details and prices are listed on our website.

3. Bookings and Payments

 

Bookings can be made online. Payment is required upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will be processed for cancellations made within this period.

5. No-Show Policy

 

 If we arrive at the scheduled location and are unable to perform the service because no one is present, you will be charged a no-show fee of 30% of the service cost. To avoid this fee, please ensure someone is available at the scheduled time.

6. Damage and Liability

 

We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle that occurs due to pre-existing conditions or issues beyond our control. While we take our best efforts to avoid damage to your vehicle, we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during the washing process. If damage is caused by our services, please report it to us immediately. We will evaluate the case, and if we determine that the damage was caused by our actions, we will take the necessary steps to repair or compensate for the damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Luxembourg courts.
